Research Area

  • Nanoengineering and nanofabrication: self-assembly nanostructures, composite nanostructures, core-shell nanocables, and low temperature synthesis of nanostructures.
  • Optoelectronics and energy devices: single nanowire photovoltaic, piezoelectric materials, superlattice nanowires in thermoelectric applications.
  • Nanosensors: UV sensors, bio-sensors, gas sensors.
